STEP is our 50-minute high-energy step aerobics class designed to get your heart pumping while keeping you moving to the beat. This rhythm-based workout combines cardio, coordination, and endurance for a fun and effective way to challenge yourself.

All levels are welcome, but our STEP classes are geared more toward intermediate participants. If you’re brand new to step, we recommend starting with one of our Intro to STEP classes to build a strong foundation. These are offered bi-weekly or monthly—just look for them on the schedule!
