LIFT CLUB is our biweekly community strength class built around our signature LIFT format — a mat-based workout using dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands. Expect strength-focused circuits using time-based intervals, designed to help you get stronger in a supportive, energizing environment.
We kick things off with a special Sunday class on July 13 at 10 AM at Castle Island Brewing Co. — bodyweight + bands only, and your ticket includes a post-class drink.
After that, join us every other Thursday at 6:30 PM at The Training Lab Southie. Lift Club is designed to bring like-minded people together who are into fitness and looking to build real connections. Come solo or bring a friend — and if you're single, wear black 👀. Drinks after at Castle Island Brewing Co. Just look for LIFT CLUB on our schedule.
