TRAIN is our 50-minute small group strength training class, designed to help you get stronger, move better, and feel your best. With a full-body focus and programming that changes every four weeks, you'll have the opportunity to progress, master key lifts, and build confidence with each session.

All levels are welcome, but if you're brand new to strength training, we recommend starting with one of our Intro to TRAIN sessions. These beginner-focused classes are designed to help you feel comfortable with equipment, form, and movement patterns so you can get the most out of your workouts. Just look for Intro to TRAIN on the schedule!
